Take a scrap of paper and jot down the answers to these questions. Whatever comes to mind will do.

Who were you?
Who do you love?
Choose one of the persons you wrote down and fill in the blank below.

EXAMPLE: I’m going to serve new independent insurance adjusters.
2. Find a Problem You Want to Help Solve
Take another look at the three growth catalysts and brainstorm for customer problems.
Bigger is better
Smaller is faster
First in series means bonus
Write down your ideal customer from action step 1, and scribble any customer problem you can think of. Once you have a winner, fill in the blanks below.

If you can’t find any problem you want to help your customer solve, have conversations until you do.
3. Keep an Open Mind for New Solutions & Choose a Category
Keeping an open mind is more of an attitude than an actionable step. You’ll likely only discover a solution as you move on and dive deep into your niche.
You need to choose what direction or category of solutions you'll be pointing your customers to.
